Suggested use

Adults and adolescents: 1 capsule 3 times a day (the portion recommended for consumption during the day).

Ingredients

lemon balm herb extract, magnesium bisglycinate (Mg amino acid chelate), hawthorn fruit extract, gelatin, lavender flower extract, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, dye: titanium dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), dyes iron oxides and hydroxides, indigo carmine.
