The product contains linseed oil with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Alpha-linolenic acid helps to maintain the proper level of cholesterol in the blood. A beneficial effect is obtained when consuming 2 g of ALA per day.
