The ingredients of the Valerin Sleep food supplement helps to relax and calm the body, thanks to which they facilitate falling asleep and improve the quality of sleep, necessary for regeneration and proper functioning of the body: Lemon balm herb extract - helps maintain a positive mood, helps to reduce tension, facilitates relaxation and helps in maintaining a night of healthy sleep. Hops extract - has a soothing effect and contributes to a restful sleep. L-theanine, L-tryptophan, and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) - compounds belonging to the group of amino acids. Crocus extract - contributes to emotional balance and helps maintain a positive mood. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in maintaining proper psychological functions.

Suggested use
Adults: 1-2 tablets around 1 hour before sleep with water.
