How to use

Heating cherry stone warmer

• microwave: place a compress (1 piece) without a cover on the oven plate. Set the time according to the oven power (1200 W - 20 seconds)
• oven: place a compress (1 piece) without a cover in a clean ovenproof dish in the center of the oven and heat for approx. 5 minutes. at 130 degrees
• radiator: place the hot water bottle on a clean warm radiator and allow it to reach the desired temperature

Cooling cherry stone warmer

The compress should be placed in the freezer (without a cover, in an airtight container, or in a ziplock bag to prevent it from getting wet and soaked with moisture) for at least 2 hours. Before applying it to the breast, the compress should be placed in the covers.
